Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except in the case of official event cancellation, in which case refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
The race proceeds in light to moderate rain. Grandstand seating in Lake View, Rose Corner, Victory Line, Platinum and Corporate tiers is covered; Lawn and All View are open-air. Updates are posted on the Live Race Centre.
Children above 5 years require a full ticket. Children under 5 may be seated on a guardian's lap in Lawn and All View sections only, subject to space.
Outside food and beverages, glass containers, drones, large bags, and professional camera equipment without accreditation are not permitted through the gates.
Water metro services run from Alappuzha Jetty directly to the Punnamada terminal every 20 minutes on Race Day. DTPC boats also operate from the Boat Jetty near the KSRTC bus stand.
